Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group in Dublin is seeking staff to provide exceptional guest service across Meetings & Events and Food & Beverage, ensuring standards are consistently met. You will work closely with a friendly team and show flexibility with hours.

Qualifications

• Experience working in hospitality and with customers.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team.
• Proven ability to collaborate and be flexible with hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service in Meetings & Events and Food & Beverage areas.
• Collaborate effectively as part of the team and adapt to colleagues' needs.
• Actively promote sales within the department and hotel.
• Maintain safe working practices and address hazards promptly.
• Acquire knowledge of standard operating procedures, especially room setups.
