Job summary

Gourmet Food Parlour is seeking an Event Crew member to deliver high-quality catering services across Leinster. The role includes both drop-off and buffet service, with setup, service and breakdown of events, nationally. You will lift equipment and drive a company van as needed.

Applicants should be 23+ with a full, clean driver’s license and prior hospitality or catering experience. A flexible 40-hour week including weekends and bank holidays is required.

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food to multiple locations throughout the day.
• Set up and serve buffet-style events, ensuring a polished presentation.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown across various nationwide locations.
• Load and unload catering equipment and food supplies according to a set schedule.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Gourmet Food Parlour with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Heavy lifting is required for equipment setup.
• Must be 23 years or older (due to insurance requirements).
• Hold a full, clean driver’s license.
• Previous experience in a hospitality or catering environment.
• Experience in food service.
• Flexibility to work across a 40-hour week, including weekends and bank holidays.

Desirable Qualifications:

• HACCP and Food Safety certification.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
