Gourmet Food Parlour is opening a new restaurant at 8th Lock, Ashttown, Dublin 11, and we’re seeking an enthusiastic Barista to join the team from day one.

You’ll prepare quality coffee and beverages, deliver friendly service, and train initially in city centre or Santry locations before moving to the new site. Flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts are available.

We’re getting ready to open our newest Gourmet Food Parlour restaurant at 8th Lock, Ashttown, Dublin 11, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista to join our team.

This is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting new opening, helping us create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver great coffee and service from day one.

Gourmet Food Parlour has grown from a single café into one of Ireland’s leading hospitality businesses, with restaurants and catering operations across Dublin and Galway. We’re passionate about great food, quality coffee and providing a friendly experience for every guest.

About the Role

As a Barista, you’ll play an important part in our Front of House team, preparing quality coffee and other beverages while ensuring our guests receive friendly, efficient service.

Training may initially take place in one of our existing city centre or Santry locations before moving to our new 8th Lock restaurant.
