Euro Staffs is hiring a Barista/All Rounder for a part-time role. The ideal candidate has a strong background in coffee preparation, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include preparing and serving espresso drinks, operating coffee equipment, maintaining cleanliness, handling transactions, and restocking. Pay is €14.15–€14.50 per hour with 25–35 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year barista experience.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso extraction.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks to a high standard
• Operate coffee equipment, including espresso machines and grinders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory management
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• Would be required to do toasties and acai’s

Requirements

• Previous barista experience (minimum 1 year preferred)

• Experience with specialty coffee
• Passion for coffee culture and continuous learning
• Ability to commute/relocate: Tallaght, County Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
• Experience: Speciality Coffee: 1 year (required)
• Language: English (required)
• Work authorisation: Ireland (required)
