We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager for a leading Nursing Home in Co Kildare.

Job Type: Permanent / Full-time

Responsibilities

Lead the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of person-centred care, ensuring high standards are consistently maintained.

Prepare and administer medications in accordance with company policies, procedures and An Bord Altranais guidelines.

Ensure service users’ hygiene, personal care and dignity are maintained to the highest standards while promoting their comfort and wellbeing.

Act on behalf of the Director of Nursing during their absence or in emergency situations, supporting the effective management of clinical services.
