Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using paper pick sheets and handheld devices.
• Pack orders ensuring correct products, colours, sizes and quantities.
• Prepare orders for daily courier collections for timely delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory organisation.
• Support returns by sorting returned items for stock.
