Job summary

PHX Ireland is seeking an Online Fulfilment Warehouse Operative for our Ballymun warehouse on a temporary 6-month contract. The role involves picking, packing and dispatching online orders to ensure accurate, timely delivery.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with handheld scanners, a focus on accuracy, and collaboration with the team to meet daily fulfilment targets. Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not essential; good attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or order fulfilment experience preferred but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer or handheld scanner skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow processes and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders from online warehouse locations using handheld scanners.
• Pack items securely and correctly to ensure safe delivery.
• Prepare orders for dispatch and ensure correct labelling and documentation.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity when processing orders.
• Receive and store incoming stock in the correct warehouse locations.
• Assist with stock control activities, including cycle counts and stocktakes.
• Ensure work areas are kept clean, organised, and safe.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily fulfilment targets.
• Report any stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or operational issues to supervisors.]
• Desirable Attributes include experience with stock management systems, forklift certification, and flexible peak period availability.
