Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Outbound Supervisor to own day-to-day pick, pack and dispatch operations across a busy fulfilment environment in Ireland. You will lead Team Leads and Supervisors, ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently and within client SLAs.

The role requires 3–5 years in fulfilment or logistics, strong leadership, and proficiency with WMS and MS Office. On-site, with opportunity for progression in a growing logistics business.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in fulfilment, warehousing or logistics.
• Proven experience leading and developing Team Leads or Supervisors.
• Experience in a fulfilment, e-commerce, retail or 3PL environment.
• Strong understanding of pick, pack, dispatch and carrier processes.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end pick, pack and dispatch across e-commerce and retail orders.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped within client SLAs.
• Provide clear daily plans and direction to Team Leads and Supervisors.
• Allocate resources to meet workload, volume and dispatch deadlines.
• Monitor productivity and address bottlenecks and delays.
• Schedule and manage carrier collections and monitor carrier performance against SLAs.
