Sprout & Co is seeking a Shift Leader to run the Clontarf restaurant as we open this Autumn. You’ll lead the shift from the front, keep service moving, and ensure every guest feels looked after.

We’re targeting about a year of hospitality experience, with strong communication and a readiness to develop as a leader. This full-time role offers growth, leadership training, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 1 year in hospitality or fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with team and customers.
• Ability to lead shifts and support colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and set the team up for success.
• Create a warm, welcoming customer experience.
• Support the team with real-time feedback and guidance.
• Maintain energy, teamwork, and recognition on shift.
