Job summary

Qualcomm Cork is seeking a software engineer for the Front-End CAD Team to join the Global CAD organization. You will develop software tools that enable next-generation design flows and support design teams across distributed environments.

The role focuses on RTL-to-GDSII flows and high-performance SOCs, with collaboration across engineering groups. The candidate will work with Python, C++, and RTL concepts, contributing to software for design automation and reference flows, while ensuring code

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field is required.
• 1+ years’ experience with Python programming language is required.
• Background in software engineering (EDA is a plus) is desirable.
• Experience with Git SCM and strong Linux skills are preferred.
• Excellent problem solving and debugging skills are expected.
• Knowledge of RTL (Verilog/SystemVerilog) and design verification is a plus.
