Job summary

QT Technologies Ireland Limited is seeking a skilled ASIC/RTL engineer to develop flows and methodologies aimed at enhancing power, performance, and area for GPU cores. You will work across RTL design, synthesis, timing, and physical design to drive PPA improvements and ensure successful delivery from RTL to GDSII.

Ideal candidates have strong Verilog/SystemVerilog experience, expertise with Synopsys tools, and a track record of collaborating across design, power, and verification teams to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field (minimum).
• Master's degree preferred in Science/Engineering or related field.
• PhD in Science/Engineering preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop flows/methodologies to improve PPA for GPU cores.
• Collaborate with RTL, EDA, design, power and verification teams to drive improvements.
• Support RTL-to-GDSII delivery and ECOs for timing and power fixes.
