Sheen Falls Lodge in Kenmare, Co. Kerry, invites applications for full-time Food & Beverage Assistants to join our luxury team at The Falls, The Bar, The Lounge and Stables Brasserie. We value attention to detail and delivering 5* service.

Ideal candidates will have experience in food service, a friendly personality, and a team-oriented approach. We offer full-time and part-time positions with weekends and evenings on a rostered basis, and extensive staff benefits.

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.

We are inviting applications for full time Food & Beverage professionals who ideally have experience in food service with an eye for detail, and take pride in delivering 5* Luxury service to join and enhance our established team in The Falls, Sheen Bar and Sheen Lounge and Stables Brasserie.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to deliver excellent service to our guests
• Provide menu knowledge, including allergens and recommendations to our guests.
