Windward Management Limited is seeking a Front Office Manager for The Diamond Coast Hotel in Enniscrone. You will oversee the front desk, guest services, reservations and lobby operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out and high guest satisfaction.

You will lead the front office team, manage rosters and budgets, and drive continuous improvement in guest experiences while maintaining brand standards and financial controls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a similar Front Office role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in hotel front desk operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hotel's Front Office
• Lead project work to deliver enhanced guest experience and continuous improvement
• Proactively manage rosters to ensure adequate cover and cost control
• Resolve guest queries and support team in delivering 5-star guest experiences
• Oversee VIP arrivals, special requests, and group bookings
• Supervise daily front office operations including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and cash handling
• Maintain accurate room inventory and collaborate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
• Oversee night audit operations and verify daily revenue reports
