Job summary

Gourmet Food Parlour in Dublin city centre is seeking experienced and friendly Front of House waiting staff for full-time or part-time seasonal roles at our Brown Thomas and Arnotts locations. This fixed-term contract runs until mid January, with the possibility of permanent work if available.

As a member of the Front of House team you will welcome customers, take orders, describe dishes, deliver meals, handle payments and maintain high standards of service and HACCP compliance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in wait staff/front of house or similar roles
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Knowledge of HACCP guidelines is a plus

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and seat them
• Describe menus and beverages and take orders
• Process orders through EPOS and deliver to tables
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Collaborate with team to provide excellent service
