Truly Moate in Moate, Westmeath, Ireland, is seeking a friendly Receptionist/Front of House for a part-time role. You will greet patients, manage bookings, and support a modern dental team in a growing nationwide network.

As the first face patients see, you set the tone for their visit, coordinate between patients and clinicians, and ensure GDPR-compliant handling of records. Training on Dentally, Exact and SOE will be provided to help you shine.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception or customer-facing roles, dental/medical is a plus.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.
• Familiar with practice management software (Dentally, Exact, SOE) – training provided.
• Multitasker with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and managing reception
• Booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments
• Handling incoming calls and emails professionally
• Processing payments and managing patient records (GDPR compliant)
• Coordinating between patients and the clinical team
• Supporting the Practice Manager with admin tasks
