Job summary

Motel One is seeking a warm, genuine Receptionist who will be the first and last impression of our hotel, placing guests at the centre of everything you do.

You will handle check-ins and check-outs, respond to inquiries, and resolve requests with care and efficiency while collaborating with colleagues to exceed guest expectations. A friendly personality, strong communication skills and calm composure in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel reception or customer service experience is desirable.
• Experience using Opera Cloud or a similar PMS is an advantage; training provided.
• Warm, friendly and professional personality with a passion for delivering guest service.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive team player who takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask while maintaining high standards of service.
