Job summary

Motel One Dublin is seeking a Receptionist to be the first and last impression for our guests, delivering a warm, genuine and professional welcome. You will manage check-ins/check-outs, respond to inquiries, and resolve requests with care and efficiency.

Join a team that focuses on creating a welcoming atmosphere, anticipating needs and upholding high hospitality standards. Previous reception or customer service experience is desirable, with Opera Cloud PMS knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel reception or customer service is desirable.
• Experience using Opera Cloud or a similar PMS is an advantage.
• Warm, friendly and professional personality with a passion for guest service.
• Positive attitude, strong communication, calm and organised under pressure.
• Proactive team player who creates memorable guest experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask while maintaining standards.
• Eligible to work in Ireland and currently residing in Ireland.
