Centra in Tullamore is looking for a Fresh Meat Assistant to join the Meat Department. You will help maintain high standards of meat cuts, assist customers, and support the team in a fast-paced store environment. Training will be provided, and a strong customer focus is essential.

• Drive sales by ensuring SOPs and store standards are met daily.
• Merchandise and present department to the highest standard.
• Implement planograms correctly.
• Control stock rotation to maintain quality and freshness.
• Manage waste and shrink in the department.
• Support continuous improvement in the Meat Department with new products and initiatives.
• Enhance product knowledge from various sources and share ideas and suggestions.
• Engage with new initiatives and embrace new ways of working.

• Ensure continuous improvement in the Meat Department by remaining up to date with new products and initiatives
