Our client is seeking an experienced, results-driven Fresh Food Trainer with a strong grounding in food safety management, quality assurance, audits and compliance, and team development. In this role, you'll get fresh food departments audit-ready for health and safety and food safety, support deli teams with inventory, and keep food quality and presentation at the highest standard. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience from a high-profile retail supermarket, fresh food convenience business, or front-of-house catering or café environment serving fresh deli produce, ideally in a senior fresh food management or group trainer role. You'll be a passionate fresh food professional and an excellent communicator, highly organised, with a sharp eye for detail and a natural talent for solving problems.
