Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the smooth operation of confirmed group tours.
• Organise and confirm accommodation, transport, activities, and other travel services.
• Work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver agreed itineraries.
• Check bookings, schedules, and documentation to ensure accuracy and up-to-date details.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best available services and rates.
• Handle amendments, payments, and operational issues efficiently and within deadlines.
