Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Customer Risk Manager to lead risk mitigation and escalation management for our French-speaking customer base. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, provide executive visibility, and guide complex resolutions in both French and English.

You will engage with customer executives and internal leaders to translate risk signals into actionable improvements, protect relationships, and reduce attrition while enabling long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer escalation management and account management.
• Proven ability to lead through multi-stakeholder challenges with structured problem-solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive audiences.
• Ability to drive timely action and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience using enterprise CRM tools and collaboration platforms (Salesforce, Slack).
• Fluency in French and English for executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end resolution of high-visibility customer issues by aligning cross-functional teams across engineering, product, sales, and executive leadership.
• Serve as trusted advisor to internal leadership and customer executives with data-driven recommendations.
• Evaluate business impact of customer risks to prioritize resources and accelerate resolution timelines.
• Deliver clear status updates in French and English to customer leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze incident trends and root causes to identify operational gaps and drive systemic improvements across Salesforce processes.
• Facilitate alignment across matrixed organizations to manage expectations transparently.
