Qualifications

• Current sales leadership experience managing and scaling sales teams (AE, AM, BDR).
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to drive organizational change and adopt new go-to-market approaches.
• Experience with AI-enabled sales processes and agentic AI for pipeline generation.
• Track record of exceeding quotas in enterprise software sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic shift of the sales development organization and adopt modern go-to-market methods.
• Drive adoption and mastery of Agentic AI tools to boost pipeline quality and output.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach a diverse team for future AE roles and ongoing development.
• Design and execute sophisticated sales strategies tailored to the French market.
• Define objectives, incentives, and foster a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to optimize campaigns and lead quality.
