Job summary

Gradient Film is seeking a skilled colourist to join our Dublin-based team. The role focuses on maintaining the Gradient standard through precise colour grading and smooth pipeline management.

You will handle colour correction, project conforming, file organization, and delivery to client specifications, with emphasis on timely milestones and collaboration with editors and producers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Colourist with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in DaVinci Resolve and colour management.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and editing software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; another language is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Colour correcting and grading client projects.

Downloading and conforming projects.

Organising files and collaborating with the team.

Delivering files to spec.

Ensuring timely delivery of tasks and meeting project deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience as a Colourist with a strong portfolio of successful projects.

Expertise in DaVinci Resolve.

Good understanding of colour management and colour science.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and other editing software.

Ability to communicate directly with clients and manage projects.

Knowledge of media storage systems and file organization.

Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Fluent in English, extra languages a bonus.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
