Job summary

Monks is seeking a talented Retoucher to join a global design team and elevate digital assets for a major brand. This senior role requires sharp artistic eye, advanced Photoshop skills, and the ability to deliver high-end retouching with speed and consistency.

You will collaborate with art directors and designers, work on diverse image sets, and rotate on client-site work in Dublin for three days per week, with hybrid collaboration across teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years of experience retouching and creating beautiful images.
• Eye for art and composition; understand components of visual art and photography.

Responsibilities

• Retouch and silhouette a wide variety of photo styles, from beauty to clean-up and composition work.
• Use Photoshop to enhance images by correcting resolution, cropping, and adjusting tone, color, saturation, and brightness.
• Work as part of a team that works at the client’s office in Dublin for three days per week.
• Help other designers excel at retouching.
• Maintain pixel-perfect quality and collaborate with QA testers.
• Work with art directors on the client side, representing Monks from a design POV.
