Job summary

Fire Financial Services Limited, based in Dublin, is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our fast-growing fintech team. You will work closely with the Operations group and other stakeholders to learn and contribute to payment processing, reconciliation, and compliance activities.

The role is hybrid, with three days in the office and two days working from home, and offers opportunity to develop expertise across treasury, transaction monitoring, and AML processes while delivering value to

Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience in a business environment, ideally treasury or operations.
• A degree in Business, Arts, Finance, or related field as stated in the ad.
• Analytical approach with ability to follow documented procedures and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily payment processing and reconciliation activities.
• Investigate exceptions ensuring alignment with standards.
• Identify and investigate suspected fraudulent activity and produce SARs.
• Perform transaction and event monitoring per AML policies.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of operational processes and procedures.
