Barden | B Corp has engaged a leading Irish business to recruit a Lead Financial Accountant to join their Group Finance team. The role is a broad, visible position responsible for financial accounting, control and compliance for a key business unit, with regular exposure to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead control and assurance reporting, supporting internal and external audit
• Own cashflow forecasting, including working capital and variance analysis
• Forecast and report capital expenditure and depreciation, working with business owners
• Prepare and submit quarterly tax returns and lead the quarterly VAT review
• Oversee intercompany balances and settlement across the group
• Manage the outsourced service provider, reviewing their work and driving improvements
• Support lease and insurance accounting, statutory accounts, and acquisition activity
• Drive transformation initiatives focused on standardisation, automation and best-practice processes
