Job summary

Barden are partnering with a leading Irish brand to recruit an FP&A Analyst to join their high-performing Commercial Finance team in Cork. Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, you will analyse performance, deliver management information, and support budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Highly analytical with strong numerical aptitude.
• Excellent people and communication skills; able to partner with non-finance teams.
• Detail driven with an interest in systems/process improvements.
• Motivated self-starter who works well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning on short, medium and long-term objectives.
• Analyse business performance and provide insights to non-finance stakeholders.
• Prepare, review and present budgets and quarterly forecasts to senior management.
• Participate in group-wide projects.
• Liaise regularly with cross-functional departments.
• Drive initiatives to promote income generation.
