Job summary

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading organisation in Dublin West to recruit an FP&A Analyst. The role reports to the Senior FP&A Manager and focuses on financial planning, forecasting, management reporting and commercial analysis.

You will build financial models, deliver monthly management accounts and KPI dashboards, and contribute to cash flow forecasting and reporting controls. The position requires strong Excel and BI skills and offers exposure to strategic business decisions.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years' experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance or treasury.
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience across budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Good understanding of management accounts, financial controls and cash management.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, management reporting, variance analysis and KPI dashboards.
• Support rolling forecasts, cash flow forecasting and short-term treasury activities.
• Maintain accurate financial data, balance sheet reconciliations and reporting controls.
• Deliver commercial analysis and insights to support business and investment decisions.
• Improve and automate reporting processes using advanced Excel and BI tools.
• Work with Finance, BI and IT teams to improve data quality and reporting.
• Support audit processes, capital adequacy analysis and stress testing.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
