Job summary

Nory is seeking its first dedicated Staff Mobile Engineer to join the Platform team and shape the mobile app from the ground up. You will own the rebuild end-to-end, make and defend UX calls, and work closely with product, design and engineers to ship an MVP in one to two quarters.

You'll bring deep React Native experience, TypeScript, and backend familiarity (Python/FastAPI). The role offers remote-first work and a chance to impact a hospitality-focused platform.

Qualifications

• Deep React Native experience with production apps.
• Ability to read and lightly extend backend services like FastAPI.
• Strong focus on product quality and UX decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the mobile platform end to end, from assessment to production rebuild.
• Plan migration, ship an MVP in 1–2 quarters, then grow into a platform used by other engineers.
• Make UX calls when design input is lean and defend those choices.
