Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is seeking a reliable Foreman / Site Manager for a residential contractor on a 9‑month project in Booterstown / Blackrock, Co. Dublin. The role oversees trades, organises labour and materials, and ensures safety and progress on site.

The successful candidate will have proven foreman experience with a main contractor or housebuilder, strong leadership and communication skills, CSCS/Safe Pass, and a full driving licence. Salary ranges between €75,000 and €85,000.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and trades.
• Valid Safe Pass, CSCS and relevant site tickets.

We are seeking a reliable Foreman / Site Manager for a residential contractor on a 9-month project in Booterstown / Blackrock, Co. Dublin, converting an existing building into two units and building one new unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise trades, crews and subcontractors on site
• Organise daily labour, plant and materials
• Ensure works are delivered safely, to specification and on programme
• Carry out daily briefings, toolbox talks and site inspections
• Maintain site records and report progress to the Site Manager
