Job summary

Vision Contracting is seeking an experienced Foreman to join our team in Limerick. This role is ideal for someone confident in leading site activities, coordinating trades, and ensuring safe, high-quality delivery on busy construction projects.

As a Foreman, you will manage day-to-day site operations, supervise trades, read drawings, and ensure works align with technical requirements while maintaining safety standards. A Safe Pass and relevant tickets are required to support our project teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a Foreman or General Foreman role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety requirements, and site management.
• Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate site teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read drawings and ensure works align with technical requirements.
• Safe Pass and relevant tickets required.

Responsibilities
