Aramark Ireland is seeking a friendly and reliable Food Service Worker to join our Dublin team. You will serve food and beverages, support catering operations, and uphold top food safety and customer care standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will be part of a collaborative team, delivering excellent service to customers and visitors while maintaining cleanliness, stock control, and accurate till operations. Prior catering or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering, hospitality, retail, or customer service is desirable but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Serve food and beverages in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers and visitors with empathy and enthusiasm
• Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen duties while maintaining strict food safety standards
• Prepare, arrange, and replenish food displays and service counters with attention to detail
• Operate tills and process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout catering and dining areas
• Support stock replenishment, inventory management, and assist with deliveries
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures consistently
• Work collaboratively and supportively with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Respond proactively to customer needs and resolve any service issues with professionalism
