Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Catering Assistant to join our dynamic team in Ballyogan, Ireland. • Assist with general kitchen duties, including washing, cleaning, and organising equipment and workstations to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• Support the efficient day-to-day running of catering operations across assigned areas

• Perform food preparation tasks under supervision, following all recipes and food safety protocols with precision
• Manage stock replenishment, inventory tracking, and assist with ordering supplies as required
• Follow all health and safety procedures and food safety regulations consistently
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery

• Adapt flexibly to changing priorities, staffing requirements, and service demands
• Contribute constructively to the team environment and support colleagues in achieving service excellence
• Maintain a professional demeanour and positive attitude towards customers and colleagues at all times
• Handle kitchen equipment safely and responsibly, reporting any maintenance issues promptly

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or customer service (desirable)

• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food handling practices
