Job summary

Centra Headford is seeking a Food Service Manager to lead a new franchise delivering a market-leading offering and exceptional customer experiences. The role requires 2+ years of management in fast-paced food service, with experience in online ordering and delivery, and a focus on staff development.

Ideal candidates will lead by example, live company values, and manage daily activities to meet high standards. Flexibility in hours and HACCP certification are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years management experience in food service, hospitality, fast food or retail.
• Experience in online ordering and delivery service.
• Ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to lead, manage and develop a team.
• Always be 100% focused on the customer and your team around you.
• Flexibility to working hours.
• Possess HACCP Qualifications.
