Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor in Ireland. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will provide friendly and efficient service to hotel guests and maintain high standards in all F&B areas.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills required.
• Experience in a high‑volume/fast‑paced environment is desirable.
• Previous hotel experience in a 3/4 star property is preferred but not essential.
• Micros experience would be preferable.
• Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts including midweek and weekends.
• A good team player who is hardworking and dedicated to the role.
• Must be able to start at 5:00 am.

Responsibilities

• Operate Food & Beverage service according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure timely setup and ongoing maintenance of Food & Beverage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all Food & Beverage areas.
• Control heating, lighting, and music/TVs to create a comfortable atmosphere.
• Provide efficient and friendly service to guests at all times.
• Maximize sales through effective upselling.
• Complete daily SOP checklists to uphold staff training standards.
• Execute daily and weekly cleaning checklists to ensure high hygiene standards.

Reporting to the Food and beverage Manager, the Food & Beverage Supervisorwill provide at all times a friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.
