Job summary

The Montenotte in Cork, Ireland, is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team, delivering brand standards for service of Food & Beverage across the bar and restaurant and ensuring guests enjoy a friendly, efficient, and professional experience.

You will greet guests warmly, maintain high cleanliness levels, wear the correct uniform with name badge, stay presentable at all times, and handle complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction and timely escalation to a supervisor.
