Job summary

The O'Callaghan Collection in Dublin is seeking hospitality professionals to join our luxury hotels. This role focuses on delivering exceptional food and beverage service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a spotless, well-organized bar and dining area.

We value teamwork, flexibility for early starts and weekends, and adherence to health and safety standards. This position offers opportunities to advance within four Dublin hotels and benefits such as birthday days off and staff

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in a food and beverage hotel environment and/or related qualification
• Acknowledge the pivotal purpose of health and safety protocols in a hotel environment
• Provide a superb guest service and have excellent people skills
• Excellent attention to detail in delivering customer care standards
• Be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
• Be available and flexible for early starts and late finishes, weekends and bank holidays

Responsibilities

• Serving of Food and Drinks: Serve a variety of food and beverages, including multiple courses food, cocktails, beers, and wines, while ensuring accuracy and quality in each service.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, suggesting drinks, and catering to individual preferences while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintaining Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the food and beverage area clean, sanitized, and organized, including the bar tools, glasses, and working surfaces, to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies, placing orders, and keeping track of stock levels to avoid shortages during peak hours.
• Adhering to Safety and Legal Regulations: Follow safety protocols, responsible serving practices, and legal drinking age regulations to ensure a safe and compliant environment for both customers and the establishment.
