Job summary

Imperial Brands is seeking a Regional Field Sales Executive to cover West and Southern Dublin. You will represent our brands in the field, manage retailers and wholesalers, and drive relationships and growth in a dynamic FMCG environment.

The role offers autonomy to shape your territory, with travel to customer sites and the support of a strong team. A Full Driving Licence is essential and a competitive base salary is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous and / or current face-to-face sales experience within an FMCG business.
• Ability to build face-to-face relationships and sell products to retailers.
• Capable of setting and meeting self-imposed targets.
• Excellent communication and people skills with fast rapport building.
• Supportive team player contributing to wider team goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive business across Retail Independent, Convenience, Multiple stores, Key Accounts and Wholesale.
• Partner with retailers; build relationships and sell in new products to meet needs.
• Achieve sales, market share, distribution, availability, and coverage targets.
• Identify merchandising opportunities to optimise shelf space and visibility.
• Spot new opportunities by understanding category and shopper behaviour.
• Meet trade incentives objectives and optimise their use in the territory.
