Job summary

Unify Brands is seeking a Retail Field Sales Executive to grow distribution and in-store execution across Dublin and Leinster. You will be the face of our brands, managing relationships with store teams and driving in-store standards and promotions.

The role is full-time and field-based, covering a defined call file in Dublin city, county and Leinster. You will report to the Field Sales Manager and partner with the commercial team on listings, demos and trade reviews.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years' experience in FMCG field sales, merchandising or retail account management.
• Full clean driving licence and own transport essential.
• Comfortable working independently across a multi-store territory.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with store-level stakeholders.
• Well organized and numerate, reporting on call coverage and KPIs.
• Energetic, brand-passionate and on the road daily across Dublin and Leinster.

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory of Dublin and Leinster stores across Tesco, Dunnes Stores, SuperValu, Musgrave (Centra/SuperValu) and convenience/forecourt accounts.
• Build and maintain day-to-day relationships with store managers and department heads.
• Execute in-store standards: distribution checks, planogram compliance, shelf-edge POS, secondary displays, and promotional compliance.
• Identify and close new listing and space opportunities, support NPD launches at store level.
• Run in-store sampling and demo activations, including outdoor/event sampling where required.
• Track and report store-level performance, out-of-stocks and competitor activity back to the commercial team.
• Support the wider account team ahead of key trade reviews and promotional planning.
