Amicus Search & Recruitment is partnering with a leading FMCG organisation in Ireland to recruit a Sales Development Executive/Representative. The role offers a base salary of 35,000–45,000 with a bonus of circa 10,000–15,000, plus pension and a company car, and requires over 2–3 years of foodservice experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years sales experience in foodservice.
• Numerate with good literacy.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• High-energy self-starter who can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Achieve key trade performance indicators for volume, margin and service.
• Ensure brands are well represented, available and priced appropriately.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines with analytical problem solving.
• Complete administration to set deadlines and maintain records.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge of all products and competitors.
• Interface with cross functional teams including accounts, finance, warehousing & marketing.
• Represent the full portfolio at trade shows and sales meetings.
• Monitor market and competitor activities and report findings.
