Job summary

Tirlán is seeking a driven Customer Executive to join its Consumer Domestic commercial team in Ireland. This role focuses on supporting customer growth, delivering best-in-class service, and collaborating with Customer Managers and internal stakeholders to drive sales across leading brands.

Reporting to the Senior Customer Manager, you will engage in account management, data analysis, promotional planning and cross-functional projects, building a long-term career within Tirlán's dynamic FMCG

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with confidence working with data and reports.
• Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support Customer Managers in day-to-day management of customer accounts and relationships.
• Act as a key contact for customer enquiries with professional, timely responses.
• Assist with customer meetings, presentations and business reviews.
• Help maintain strong relationships by delivering excellent service and support.
• Prepare sales reports, customer updates and performance analyses.
• Support processing of customer orders and related administration.
• Assist with promotional planning, product launches and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity trackers.
• Gather market, customer and competitor information to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Customer Services for excellent execution.
