Job summary

Tirlán, Ireland's leading dairy and nutrition co-operative, is seeking a motivated Customer Executive to join our Consumer Domestic commercial team. Reporting to the Senior Customer Manager, you will support customer growth, deliver best-in-class service and collaborate with internal stakeholders across brands.

Responsibilities

• Support Customer Managers in the day-to-day management of customer accounts and relationships.
• Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring a professional, timely and solutions-focused response.
• Assist with customer meetings, presentations and business reviews.
• Help maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent service and support.
• Prepare sales reports, customer updates and performance analysis.
• Coordinate actions arising from customer meetings to ensure commitments are delivered.
