Job summary
The Care Team Ireland is a Dublin-based homecare provider recruiting Healthcare Assistants to deliver compassionate, person-centred care to older adults and individuals with disabilities. Qualifications
- QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support with Care Skills and Care of the Older Person modules completed
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- Ability to provide suitable professional references and Garda Vetting
Responsibilities
- Direct care: deliver high-quality personal care and social support in clients' homes
- Promote independence through dignity, respect and person-centred care
- Daily support: assist with mobility, personal hygiene, dressing, meals and companionship
- Follow tailored care plans and document daily care notes
- Adhere to infection control and health and safety standards
- Collaborate with field supervisors and managers to ensure high standards of care
