The Care Team is seeking a Healthcare Assistant for the weekend in the Southside of Dublin. You will deliver personal care and essential home support to clients in their own homes, following tailored care plans and ensuring dignity and well-being.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support or working toward it.
• Care Skills and Care of the Older Person modules completed.

Responsibilities

• Direct care: provide personal assistance and home support.
• Follow care plans tailored to each client.
• Promote independence, dignity and well-being.
