Job summary

3Q Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Care Support Worker to assist adults with disabilities across residential and community services in West Cork. The role emphasises person-centred care, independence, and inclusive community participation in a supportive team.

The position offers flexible part-time hours, premium unsocial-hour payments, ongoing training through Cheshire Academy, and a company pension scheme. Garda Vetting is mandatory.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support or QQI Level 6 Social Care/Nursing.
• Full Manual Driving Licence and willingness to drive for work.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good standard of verbal and written English.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Positive and person-centred approach to care.
