3Q Recruitment Ltd. is hiring Care Support Workers to assist adults with physical, sensory and neurological disabilities in Greystones and surrounding areas. The role focuses on person-centred support, independence and safe living within structured environments.

Applicants should have QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support or QQI Level 6 Social Care / Nursing, driving license, and good English. Training, pension schemes and a supportive team are provided.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support or QQI Level 6 Social Care / Nursing qualification.
• Experience supporting people with disabilities.
• Full manual Driving Licence or willingness to work towards it.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work across a 24/7 roster.
• Good standard of verbal and written English.
