Job summary

3Q Recruitment is seeking a Care Support Worker to join our West Cork team, providing person-centred support to adults with disabilities in community settings. This permanent part-time role offers 22 hours per week with a pro-rata salary of €34,782.69 to €40,418.19 DOE.

A valid QQI Healthcare/Social Care qualification and a full manual driving licence are required. Applicants should have strong communication, English proficiency, and be available for a 24/7 roster.

Qualifications

QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support, or currently completing it; OR QQI Level 6 Social Care or a Nursing qualification.
Experience supporting people with disabilities.
Full manual driving licence, or currently working towards one, and willingness to drive for work.
Good written and spoken English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eligibility to work in Ireland.
Availability to work across a 24/7 roster.

This permanent part-time opportunity could suit an experienced Care Support Worker, Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, Carer, Care Assistant or Disability Support Worker who is passionate about person-centred care and helping people live as independently as possible.

What You’ll Do
