3Q Recruitment Ltd. is hiring Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to support adults with physical, sensory and neurological disabilities across supported accommodation services in West Cork.

This flexible, part-time role offers competitive hourly rates (€16.76 – €19.47 DOE), unsocial-hour premiums and ongoing training. A Full Manual Driving Licence is required; Garda Vetting and international police clearance may apply.

What You’ll Do:

• Support daily living and personal care routines

• Work within a supportive multidisciplinary team

What You’ll Need:

• QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support (or equivalent)
• OR QQI Level 6 Social Care / Nursing qualification
• Experience supporting people with disabilities
• Full Manual Driving Licence and willingness to drive for work
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good standard of verbal and written English
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
• Positive and person-centred approach to care

Candidates with experience but without qualifications may still be considered if willing to complete QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support within two years.

Subject to:

• Garda Vetting is mandatory for relevant roles
• International Police Clearance is required where a candidate has lived or worked outside Ireland for 6 months or more since the age of 16
