Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a General Operative at our Cloghran location. You’ll contribute to excellent customer service while ensuring fleet efficiency and safety.

The role involves early starts and a flexible roster, including 5am-1am across 5/7 days, with a full clean driving licence essential. Reporting to the Fleet & Logistics Manager, you’ll perform inspections, log movements, and assist with fleet checks.

Qualifications

• Full clean B driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years.
• Flexible to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• 40 hour working week with ability to handle physical tasks.
• Strong multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-rental inspections for cleanliness and safety.
• Audit vehicle quality inside and outside the fleet.
• Deliver vehicles to airports and other offsite locations with logs.
• Manage keys securely and support fleet/stock checks.
• Complete documentation accurately and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Support health and safety for self and colleagues.
• Ad hoc duties as directed by management.
