Job summary

Acetech in Ireland is seeking a dedicated Shift Team Lead for our fleet operations contact centre in Tullamore. The role oversees shift workflows, allocates workload, and sustains service levels for critical fleet support environments.

You will coordinate calls, emails, and tickets, maintain data quality, and support onboarding of Customer Service Agents while contributing to daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• Experienced operational contact centre or service desk professional.
• Senior agent or shift lead with no formal people-management responsibilities.
• Able to guide workload on shift and maintain service levels.
• Demonstrates calm judgement and clear communication under pressure.
• Works with multiple systems while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the flow of work across your shift and act as the central information point.
• Allocate and rebalance tickets, calls, emails and queries to meet service levels.
• Review queues and workload distribution to ensure timely completion of work.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy and confidentiality for records across systems.
• Coordinate with external repair/service providers to minimise downtime and sustain service continuity.
